Site Rental Pricing

April – October 

Monday- Thursday: $4,000

Friday-Sunday: $8,000

November – March

Monday-Thursday: $2,500

Friday- Sunday: $5,000

Site rental fee includes our red barns (which can accomodate up to 300 people) & pre-approved grounds as well as assistance in planning and coordinating your event by our in-house event coordinator.  For more information on hosting your event at One Woman please fill out this form.

Please note that the site is empty and requires rental of portable bathrooms as well as tables & chairs. Absolutely no alcohol will be allowed on premise aside from One Woman wines .
